   hi there, my name is jenny from sydney. i would like to visit dr belo on january next year, and i would like to prepare everything including how long do i have to stay in manila, etc, etc.. can i ask few questions to u? i would like to have a consultation with dr belo herself and i would like to do some iv injections, and mesowhite. which centre that would be most acssessible for me (transportation, distance from the airport, centre that carry the most programs)? because i’ve noticed that dr belo have many branches in phillipines, and if i would like to do iv injection, how long should i stay there to achieve the maximum results? thanks a lottt

    Hi Erich! yes! You should see a board certified plastic surgeon or a dermatologist who concentrates on facial surgery to assess your birthmarks. Blue birthmarks may be a form of venous malformations, thus a doctor must be consulted for proper assessment and advice. Usually, if venous malformations are ruled out, zapping them with laser beams or intense pulsed lights may be recommended. Balitaan moko! ingat!

    Hi Grace! of course merong pag-asa yan…hehe. you can drop by one of Belo’s clinics for a quick consultation…IPL may work well for this, pero madami pang options like yung laser ( fraxel) or yung ibat bang chemical peels ( like tretinoin peel). Also, okay din ang Cosmelan…Ingat po!

    hi, ask lang po ako kung ano pong procedure ang kailangan ko. may problem is about my musle. malaki po kasi yong musle ko sa arm para po kasing muscle ng lalaki. palagi na nga po akong tinutukso ng mga kaibigan ko. kaya hindi ko ako nagsusuot ng mga sleeveless kasi nahihiya po ako. kaya ano po bang procedure and kailangan kong e undergo at how much po ba ang kailangan kong magastos…thanks po

    Hi lyce…arm muscles? are you into weight lifitng? or sports na nagrerequire ng weights? if yes, then you should probably stop doing that…Or kung mag eexercise ka man, full body work out ang gawin mo…hindi yung sa isang area lang…Procedure? not really sure kung meron…kasi muscles na yan eh, hindi fats…Kayang kaya yan sa tamang work out at diet…Try mo mag gym and kumuha ng gym instructor usually mg Physical therapist yan, alam nila yan…hehe.     Hi Mandy! did u have pimple break outs before? Those probably are scars from pimple or acne. Or pwede din sobrang oily ang face mo, minsan kasi nagcclog sa face ang dried oil or sebum which can greatly outstretch facial pores. I suggest mag paconsult ka muna sa dermatologist…microdermabrasion may work. Have you tried Power Peel or Diamond Peel? ok din yun sa mga superficial and shallow pores. Depende kasi sa case ang treatment so an assessment is highly recommended. Also, depende din sa Type of Pimple Scars mo…Ingat po. balitaan moko!

    Just want to ask, marami mo akong pimples scars due to different cosmetics that I used before,that resulted to rough and damaged skin.     Hi Avez! the price really varies depending on the recommended treatments of your doc. For pimples usually antibiotics work well..Some docs would prescribe topical or oral anti-biotics. Also, retinoids works good. Pero syempre iaassess muna kung okay sayo ang gamot…facial procedures may be done, but it is necessary to initially make the pimples subside to prevent cross infections. Ingat po!

    hi… 2x na ko nag pa diamond peel s ibang clinic pero wala naman ako makikitang pagbabago, medyo malalaki kc pores ko at may pekas at mga moles ako sa mukha,gusto ko sana ipaalis lahat ito,per session ba ang treatment sa ganito at magkano naman including consultation and doctors fee? need pa ba kumuha ng appoinment? thanks!

    Just want to inform the management that I’m dissapointed with my last visit in greenbelt clinic. I got my appointment via online check up acne and scar and it’s up to the doctor Kung anu p ung ibang treatment n gagawin nya . The doctor advice me for cleaning and Spanish feel. N Hindi nmn nila pala pwedeng gawin on that day n parang kasalan ko pa kasi Hindi ko raw inilagay sa appointment ko. . Sana nilinaw nila via email s akin. Ang nakakainis galing p ko ng ibang country just for that treatment .. I waste my money and time. Hope next time paki follow up s pasyente via email Kung walang local contact number. About sa details.n ganun pala. At ung mga staff n naincounter ko dun Hindi sila friendly.(hello may pambayad po ako) kahit Hindi ako presentable s pag visit ko dyan.

    Hi Jericho! yes my solution jan of course…first step, consult a board certified dermatologist- hindi yung kung saang mga facial centers and medical spa lang ha? usually kasi hindi MD ang mga nanjan…basta dermatologist talaga ang hanapin mo mas maganda syempre pag specialized for acne problems…I am pretty sure they can help you, may kanya kanya silang treatment plan or acne management programs para mawala yan…hindi lang sa gamot kundi dapat sa tamang hygiene, exercise at diet…Some docs would initially try oral medications such as antibiotics and retinoid products ( pero depende sa assessment nila ha) meron ding iba na gagamit ng mga topical creams and the likes…Wag mo palaging hahawakan ang pimples mo, cause the mere act of touch can lead to cross-infection, at napakarumi pa naman ng mga daliri natin kahit mag safeguard na sabon pa tau…di mawawala ang dumi na yan..hehe. tsaka wag ka masyado mag apply ng kung ano2x chemicals kasi yan pa ang nagttrigger minsan, mas okay kung physician-formulated ang chemicals…balitaan moko ingat ka!

    hi sir.. ask ko lang po may pag-asa po kaya na mawala yung mga scars at malighten yung kulay sa balat ko.. kc po nagkaroon po ako ng madaming insect bites sa katawan, sa hita at sa braso.. kinamot ko kaya po nasugat at nangitim.. ngayon po balak ko magpaconsult kung may magagawa po ba para malighten yung scars kc po maputi po ako at gusto ko po sana mawala yung pangingitim ng mga scars.. please help me.. please advise po kung ano yung pwede ko gawin.. thank you so much and god bless..

    Hi girlush! yes naman may pag asa pang matanggal yang marks na yan…oo tama, first step is to consult a dermatologist for proper assessment and advise… For dark pigmentations, some docs would prefer using creams with hydroquinone contents para malighten…Some would also use creams and solutions with bleach…others may prefer chemical peels naman…so try mo muna paconsult sa preferred dermatologist ha? yung board certified MD dapat hindi yung sa mga facial centers na hindi naman licensed docs…okay? ingat!

    Hi Jericho!Anytime! pimples? well madaming causes yan eh…some experts would say it’s from a blocked or collapsed pore which traps facial oils and dirts and thus producing infection…Also, other factors such as yung hormones ( pag nagdalaga na si ineng at nagbinata si utoy.lol), diet ( fatty foods (saturated fats) etc..), stress ( lalo na pag walang tulog, pansin mo?hehe.), hygiene ( kelangan proper laging malinis), exercise ( detox!) at madami pang iba…yan lang ang ilan…by the way, piece of advice.. kung ayaw mong maglevel up ang pimples mo, wag mong hahawakan o paglalaruan…cgurado kinabukasan may bagong sibol yan…hehe.     Hi jericho! don’t worry mawawala din yan in due time…basta wag mo lang gagalawin ha?ano pala facial wash mo? minsan hiyangan din sa facial wash eh…ako dati an dami kong pimples…tapos nung mag Olay total effect ( foaming cleanser) ako, okay na…pero di ko prinopromote yan ha? hiyang lang ako jan kasi di ako nagkakapimples…pati yung sa Belo essentials na kulay blue…haha! kasi kahit gaano pa kamahal ang facial wash mo tas di naman hiyang, useless din…hehe. sa alabang? di ko alam kung san may clinic jan eh…jan ba sa ATC?for sure merong mga clinics jan…dermatologist hanapin mo ha…ok ingat ka!

    Hi! jericho! it’s olay total effects foaming cleanser ang tawag…nawala pimples ko dun eh..mejo mas mahal sya compared sa safeguard…try mo din Belo essentials na facial wash yung kulay blue okay din yun…kaso depende talaga sa face eh,..hiyangan lang…try mo lang din, malay mo humiyang sayo…hehe.about sa consultation…usually ang consultation fee is 450-600 depende meron naman iba 350 to 400…consultation palang yun, so you also need to make your pocket ready sa mga gamot…yun ang mejo mahal hehe…depende sa gamot yun so di ko masasabi kung magkano…ehe…ingat ka!
