    Hi Rai! IF im not mistaken needle-free mesotherapy is a new version of mesotherapy that instead of needles it uses a high-speed water propelled into the skin. This treatment is sometimes used in conjunction with localized ultrasound treatment. It works the same as needle mesotherapy. The number of sessions varies from person to person. It would be best to see your dermatologist for evaluation to determine how many sessions would be needed in your case. I am not sure if Flawless Shape and Sculpt is effective, i have not really received any feedback from the procedure. But if you wanna try the service, you have to make sure to back it up with good diet and exercise. Sessions are also recommended to achieve maximum results. Ingat Rai.

    Helo po inquire lang po ako kung ano ang treatment sa nagpapawis na kamay at paa kc nakaka irita na kc cant wear slippers at sa sapatos nmn eww foul odor after a long day.. yun po #1 prob ko since na punta me ng kuwait na pasma coz of work and weather na din. if meron mag kano ang cost? so that i can prepare pag uwi ko pagamot ko to.. very embarrassing na kc sa akin to. then #2 problem dark areas sa armfit and from waist to butt..

    Hi Leoj. I think you have a condition called hyperhidorsis “or excessive sweating” on those areas. Have you consulted a dermatologist already? Usually, doctors treat hyperhidrosis with Botox injections. However, botox may only last for 6-7 months( if im not mistaken). A lot of patients have verbalized a 50% to 80% reduction of sweating after injecting botox. Another more permanent treatment is called liposuction of the axilla. Recently, superficial subdermal treatment with laser has shown great results. These treatments help to eliminate the sweat glands that produce sweat in this area, and have been demonstrated to be very safe. Most dermatological centers in Manila offer Botox injections. The cost is per unit per area, therefore you would need to consult a dermatologist for you to know the number of units that needs to be treated. You can prepare at least 20,000-30,000. The price may vary, but i think that would be enough for the injections. I really recommend that you consult a dermatologist or a cosmetic doctor for proper advice. Balitaan moko! ingat Leoj!     tnx dave… nope i never consulted any dermatologist. now i know what to do. so tnx a lot, malaking tulong tong sagot mo sa akin. hopefully pag uwi ko coconsult ako sa doctor. tnx din dun sa link na bgay mo tama lhat ng sinabi dun introduction plng PAK! na sa akin hehehe.. as of now sundin ko lng muna ung suggested diet dun to avoid excessive sweating. Sure babalitaan kita if mapagamot ko na to.. tnx again, i really appreciate it.

    By the way, try mo Driclor- you can get it over-the-counter…One of my doctor friends told me that it works for a lot of people…Usually sa armpit ginagamit pero i’ve heard it’s also used sa sweaty palms.Just make sure na walang open wounds sa area na aaplyan mo…Pero para sure, consult a dermatologist. Ingat!

    hello po. Kaka net surfing, nakita ko itong site. first time mag ask tru net regarding sa skin problem ko sa face. Sa mga nakakita na sa face ko, meron daw ako pigmentation. (ewan ko kung ano yun) basta sa nakikita ko, may dark spots na. May pimple marks/scars na naiwan. Dami po kasi facial clinics. May Flawless. May Dermstrata. Mendez.. Gusto ko lang maging even ang skin tone. DI ako maputi, di naman maitim. fair skin. Kaso kalimitan sinasabi nila, “lam mo gawapo ka sana… kaya lang…” Yun na, di ganun ka kinis face ko. Kaya ang gusto ko sana ma less visible ang inperfections sa mukha ko. Any idea kaya/advice sa skin problem ko? What about chemical peeling? DIamond peel? Power Peel? Crystal Resurfacing? Sayang naman kasi ang budget ko kung after so many sessions, wala ako makita results. Help naman po dyan… Medyo mahaba na ata ang nobela ko. Pero i hope na gets nyo po yung needs ko. Salamat at gud evening po.

    Hi manny! Nag paconsult ka na ba sa dermatologist? I mean hindi sa mga facial centers ha? sa dermatologist mismo…Usually, those marks and scars are treated with resurfacing sessions or a combination of peels and creams. Depende sa diskarte ng dermatologist mo. Actually power peels and diamond peels are effective.But i would choose power peels betwwn the two..You can do that once per month…Pero i really suggest that consult a dermatologist para mabigyan ka proper advice. Kelangan din kasi matingnan kung anung marks yan eh…Pwede kasing bleach or chemical peels lang ang gagawin… or kung may active pimples pwede kang resetahan muna ng oral meds like isotretinoin para mablock ang sebacious glands mo and maprevent ang pimples…Try mo pala Skin Optima sa Timog…may magandang feedback ako dun eh…okay?balitaan moko Manny!     hi dave. maraming salamat sa reply. thanks din sa mga advice/info. malaking help sa akin ito. base na rin sa research ko, mas ok ang power peel compare sa diamond peel. mas deeper kasi ang power peel kung effect ang pag uusapan. Pero try ko na muna consult na siguro sa dermatologist. at may point ka na mas maganda kung makita nya personal ang condition ng skin ko at kung ano ang mas mairekomenda nya maigi sa akin. Kung chemical peeling lang ba, or power peel… sige ill take your advice po. At puntahan ko ang Skin Optima sa timog kasi ang bording house at work ko ay sa cubao farmers. kaya malapit ang timog para mabisita. hayys im already 46 years old na, pero, grabe…. until now prone acne pa rin. siguro talaga super oily face ako.. kainis talaga sir dave. although medyo nasira na ang face ko dahil sa mga pimples na yan, pero siguro naman may saklolo pa para ma improve or enhance kahit paano ata. again, many thanks sir dave. gud evening po.

    hi po .sk ko lang po kung may solution pa ung problem ko sa face kc ng high skul ako marami ako pimples kaya ngaun puro butas mukha ko dhil dun.may pag asa pa po ba na matanggal at kuminis ang face ko .saang clinic po ako dapat mag pa consult para dito.at gisto ko rin po mag pa tanngal ng varicose at scars .san po kaya clinic ako ppwede.tnx po sana masagot nyo agad ito.

    HI jaz! How are you? spider veins and varicose veins are usually treated with sclerotherapy. The doctors usually inject a sclerosing agent directly to the veins to weaken and remove it out of the circulation. However, keep in mind that you many need several sessions. The number of sessions depends on the severity of your veins ( the size or length of the veins). For smaller veins, laser therapy may be intended. Smaller spider veins are a bit tricky so you really need to find an experienced doctor. With regard to your stretch marks, resurfacing procedures may be done ( light stretchmarks). These marks are permanent, but they can be improved. In worst cases, lasers may be used or even surgery ( tummy tuck). You can read and share this if you have time:

    Hi Ricafort! how old are you? yes, those spots may be lightened through the use of different machines. Usually, the use of laser or light therapy is used. IPL or intense pulsed light However, the treatment may still vary depending on the type of spot that you have. I think it was Ulthera, the treatment done for Mr. De Leon.     Hello.. actually I’m recently pregnant and I’m due on the 12th of January. I just couldn’t help but think of the massive stretch marks this pregnancy had caused me. at first i was ok with it since it had only occupied some parts at my inner thighs and abdomen. now, im starting to see black spots at my legs and im worrying a lot since i love to wear shorts and with these marks i know it will not be pleasant to those who will be looking at it. i had been planning to avail your body peeling procedure sometime at late february. i’ve researched about stretch marks removal procedure and had come to know that chemical peeling is one of the effective ways. i would like to know if the body peeling you are offering could effectively remove the marks. i would really appreciate it if you would tell me the benefits of that procedure, how is it done, and if you could really gaurantee a stretch mark free skin after and of course i really want to become white and fairer since pregnancy had also increased the melanin production of my body which darkened my skin tone especially my underarms. i really do consider to have the procedure but i really want to hear from you first.

    Hi Karen! yes I understand how you feel…Pregnancy really is one of the culprits of getting stretch marks…However, there are several options to treat those annoying marks…Remember that some of these marks may subside after pregnancy but some would also stay forever as a scar..fortunately, there are options to lighten these marks…you can start getting peeling sessions muna para least invasive then pag di nagwork, more aggressive treatments may be recommended…it really depends sa doc mo talaga ang diskarte eh…may iba na laser agad ang inuuna nila and they combine it with other topical agents and other resurfacing treatments…Eto you can read more about stretch marks here: best treatments for stretch marks

    I’m on my early 20′s right now but still I’m still having breakouts for the past 3 years. I’ve been seeing my Derma up to this day but not that often unlike before. She precribe medication just like any other doctors that most of us visit for a consult. On the first time that we met she prescribe a morning and evening regimen and this consists of kojic soap, erythromycin toner, acne lotion, sunblock in the morning and for evening still the same in the morning but out with the sunblock, she told me to use retinol every other day and after 2 weeks she asked me to come back for the acne surgery. After two weeks under medication my face was its worst condition I’ve ever imagined! Most of my friend asked me “What happened to your face?!” I was like oh shit what’s going on? I’m not suppoed to be hearing this kind of stuff from them ‘coz I’m supposed to be clearing up by now. Then I visited my derma again acne surgery has been done but I’m not satisfied with the result she only made a mess out of my face! Then she now told me to come back again after two weeks for a chemical peel, I asked her about this procedure and blah blah blah. After two weeks went back to her clinic and a my first chemical peel, feels like nothing happened but after 2-3 days my skin starts to peel off dead skin and I’m not prepared for it I’m still going to school that time so I was a bit hesitant at first to go to my class because I don’t want them to see what it happening to my face. And I almost forgot after the chemical peel she precribed doxcycline 2 tabs everday for the first seven days then 1 tab per day for I think that was 2 weeks 3 tops. Then she also asked me to put 5% tretinion for 3 days after the chemical peel then ice my face for a week. I’ve been doing this for 3 months hoping that it will clear me up! But nothing happened I keep on asking her when will I clear up and she keeps on saying to me that your skin is better now unlike the first time that you came here but inside my head I’m saying yeah right your only saying that to make me feel better and for you to look good and makes me feel that youre the only one that can cure my problem. But the truth is that my skin is way better before I decide to undergo treatment with her I only had 1-2 breakout back then but after I used all of her product fuck can’t count them anymore! I altered her medication, I play doctor again ‘coz I don’t want to be dependent with her and her product but keep the acne lotion ‘coz it serves it purpose to reduce oil in my face. I’m using Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser right now and Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner together with her Acne Lotion. I also put ice on my face after a wash my face in the morning and evening. I’m to busy to have a facial or any procedure right now ‘coz after every procedure o cleaning that is done to me the next day I’m always breaking out. Maybe because the instruments that they use are not properly sanitized and also the hand of the person performing the procedure. I’ve been still going to her clinic up to now but after 8 session of chemical peel (the last 5 peels is done just this year, and its not every month ‘coz its pricey 1700 php) but not for the peel, for the injection but she’s not the one that is doing it and I don’t know why her assistant is the one who injects my cystic pimple. Should I go and consult another doctor? I go to her up to know because I’ve been seeing her for the past 3 years already and she give me discounts now. What advise can you give me? What product should I use? I almost forgot for that 3 years she only gave me acne scars on my face and that’s what I get from the money and time that I spend. I’m having breakouts right now its because of stress. I’m studying again so I guess that’s one factor that I can’t clear up.

    aww..that was a pretty sad story michael…did your doctor try to prescribe oral drugs? like isotretinoin? that’s actually one of the best treatments for acne break outs…I have a friend who also suffered from acne, and using that drug really worked for her…Those procedures you mentioned should only follow after your break out has subsided…Remember that the mere act of touch towards your active pimples can create huge impact- it can cause cross infection. That is why it’s not recommended to always touch and treat your face with facial procedures and whatnots..your face needs a full rest from all those peels and pricks- try to consult other derma docs…it’s not all about superficial treatment…sometimes you need to treat your internal system including your dermal glands etc…try mo ask for oral therapy…san b location mo?try mo sa medical city sa ali mall, karen mercado ang derma doc…sbhin mo na pinapunta kita jan and tell her my website…tapos si christina de ocampo sa skin optima sa timog naman…sana makahanap ka n ng hiyang na derma mo…balitaan moko…ingat bro!     Yes she does prescribed me with oral medication it’s antibiotic (Doxycyline – I bought the more expensive brand that is Doxin by Biofemme) But I guess it doesn’t do any better because I’m on Retinol (Retin-A) it causes me to breakout but I keep my hopes up and continued using it for 3-5 months I think. I’m not applying it anymore but I still breaking out.

    I also give SkinB5 a shot (I bought a 1 bottle of SkinB5 Extra Strenght) but I’m not sure if it makes any difference.

    Alright I’ll try to have a consult with Dr. Karen Mercado or Dr. Christina de Ocampo when I have time and if its still within my reach (budget) #How much will it cost me for a consult the medication that she’ll prescribe? I just want to have an idea about the variables. It’s Medical City! It’s pricey!

Tretinoin is actually a topical retinoid- and yes it’s also good for acne…According to some of my sources( who also suffered from acne breakout), getting an isotretinoin treatment is better compared to other facial treatments. However, getting into this kind of treatment regimen needs your doc’s approval. A number of blood test may be done first to see if you are a good candidate for the treatment. Also, during the treatment you are required to hold off any invasive procedures. You’re also discouraged to undergo facials, peels, microdermabrasion and laser treatments.Why? because you will be in a high risk of getting scars and discoloration while on isotretinoin.     hi tanung kulang kng mgkano mgpatanggal nng scar saan po yung location nyo sino po ang pwedi,kuntakin kc sa march 3 na po uwi ko sa pinas.pwedi ba magptanggal nang scar march 3 nang 2pm

    Can you suggest a good dermatologist located in QC that are open until 7 or 8pm and even Sundays?

    I’m planning to have diamond peel, wart removal and facial treatments.
