   Derm Care staff in ayala center cebu named sara ortiz is very rude. These types of employees should be trained on how to provide good customer serivce otherwise you shouldn’t be hiring them.

   Sorry to hear that…yes you are right, they should not be hiring employees who lacks excellent customer service. Dermcare for sure is working this out, it’s nice that you brought this up. This will tell people how a customer should be treated, customers are the heart of a business- they deserve the best service.

   Nagpunta po ko sa Zapote branch ng Dermcare para lang bumili ng soap at nadatnan ko 3 staff nila nandon sa may parang kama nagkukwentuhan at kumakain ng butong pakwan. Nang bumili at inabot ko pera ko sa babae di ko alam name nya pro naka pink uniform sya tinarayan ako dahil sa 4 pesos. Sila na hindi nagsukli tapos ng ipaalala ko sukli ko sabi nya binigay nya na saken e wala ako natanggap. Kesyo eto 4 pesos mo kahit magkulang kaha nya. Ano bang klaseng tao yun sya na mali ako pa naging masama. Ire-train nila tao nila, ang papanget ng ugali.

    pls..monitor your staff in colonade mall lalong-lalo na yung matagal na sa trabaho..kc ngpapa eye lash extension ako that day pgkatapos tiningnan ko sa salamin yong paggawa nya hindi pareho ang pglagay nya makapal pa ang pandikit nito. ng ask ako sa kanila sabi, ok lng yan mam sabi nang isa mawawala dn yan mam. ng alinlangan talaga ako…sabi ko ok kc my trust ako sa dermcare, 2 days after halatang halata ang makapal na pandikit na nilagay. kaya tumawag ako ,pumunta ako pinatanggal ko…pgpunta ko dun wala pa yong babaeng nglagay nang eyelash extension ko kaya yong isang babae nlng ang ngtanggal , nghanap pa nang pangtaggal pagkatapos tinawagan nila yung babae kung anu daw gagawin nila . inunang tinanggal ng babae sa kanan madali lng pgkatapos nahinto kc daw naubusan ng pangtaggal. sabi q matagal pa ba sabi nila hintay sandali mam bibili pa kami ng pangtaggal .dumating yong babaeng gumawa tiningnan nya lng ako…ah galit na galit ako sa kanya pinigilan ko lng …cya yong ngpatuloy sa pgtanggal sa kaliwa ibang mgtaggal grabe masakit…ang ginamit nyang pangtanggal amoy alcohol sumakit lalo ang mata q pinipilit nyang taggalin dahil nga makapal yong pandikit ginamitan ng scissor ,hindi ko mapigilan ang mapaluha nilagyan nila ng eyemo ang mga mata ko. ang eyelash ko ngayon manipis na manipis na….. dscourage talaga ako , im wasted money….so dis appointed….

    Dave, ask ko lang kung si Dr. Faustino pa rin ba ang doctor dyan sa may Dermcare Shaw Blvd. branch. Mabait at ok na doctor yun siya yung doctor ko back 1993 noong highschool ako. Gusto ko ulit magpa tingin sa kanya.. please email me kung siya pa rin

    Gudeve! dermcare products r really effective bt d staff here at sn carlos pangasinan r not properly trained. kailangan b n ang ilagay s hugasan ng mukha ung scented oil w/ menthol flavor?katabi ang liquid soap n ang llgyan eh 4 handwashing soap.1 staff told me 2 wash my face b4 having a facial,i ask her which of dis?i2 b sbi ko dun s scented oil,yes mam ang sbi.pgkaphid ko bt gni2 mhapdi s mukha.ang sgot alin po b gnmit mo? eh d ung cnbi mo.she laughed at me wid d other staff! hndi po iyan ung 1 ang sbi skin…buti lng d ngreact s mukha ko. gnon b kabastos ang mga staff ng dermcare?

    mag-aavail ako ng voucher sa metrodeal, para dun sa P250 Diamond Peel. Paano gagamitin yun? Ibibigay lang sa receptionist? then go na?
