   Hi jenny, do not be weary there is always a solution for that. Have you tried asking other opinions from other dermatologists? For sure they have something new to say. I would recommend you to see a Derma doctor- the ones in the clinics. Most probably they would prescribed you topical solutions for hyperpigmentations. Laser and lights are the newest treatment but always be sure to consult a professional dermatologist first before undergoing such. Good luck to you!

    Hi pamela! It depends po sakin nyu…The darker skin you have, the more sessions you may need. But usually, you can see visible results after 10 sessions ( injections). Also, you have to maintain it with glutathione capsules. I have a friend, 1 to 2 months lang may effect na talaga. Always remember to consult a dermatologist before undergoing such treatment.     Im glad I came across this site (is it yours btw?) haha!
    Im 21 years old and i have two main problems, acne and belly flab. I’m 5’8 and im ahtletic build but i have belly fat! you see i was kinda fat (and cute) when i was still young, when i grew up and the hormones set in i lost weight but the belly fat remained. Can you please recommend a clinic here which eliminates belly fat? If possible the most cheap please :3 thanks!

    Oh and also the acne in my face and back! pity i have white skin but cant show it off since i have backne as well but not that severe. Can you also recommend a good derm clinic here for backne and face-ne? hahaha. My acne’s nnot that worse, just like uhm 20% of my face. Plus my face’s oily as hell!! any treatments there to lessen my excess oiling? if i get a nice recommendation from you and there are positive results i’ll let you know

    hi Michele! Thanks for dropping by. Yup! this is my site…It’s my pleasure to have you here. With regard to your concern, the best thing you could do is to see a dermatologist for your acne. Proper assessment is needed before anything. But usually, they would recommend antibiotics if it’s that severe. Some doctors would just recommend topical creams and some would inject certain drug directly to the acne. For now i would recommend you KC Derma and Laser Center..Check out their address and contact number here:

    Also, you can try dropping by Flawless clinic in Megamall and be seen by a derma dr… They also offer Ultra Acne Therapy which uses laser technology.
    My third recommendation would be Dermclinic in Capitol Medical Center. Their derma doctors are pretty good.

    Regarding your belly fat, the treatment would depends on the area to be treated…Also, the severity of the fat would affect the cost. Have you tried doing some ab exercises? I myself had that problem.hehe. But honestly, i did not get any treatment from any clinic whatsoever. I just did some ab exercises and wooolah! It vanished like magic. Tipid pa! lol. Are you familiar with Hiphop abs dance video? That’s the one! I did it for 20 days…30 minutes every day…Just Do it right, and you’ll get excellent results! I promise. Yeah nagpasched nga ako sa derma ng company HMO namin para may professional feedback hehe. Di naman siya severe 1-10 mga 3-4, 10 mutant na hahaha joke.

    Thanks for belly fat advice as well! Hiphop abs yun ba yun?? Try ko sige! Nagtry din kasi ako ng jogging mga 3 weeks every morning pawis ako as in pero walang epek e. Siguro kasi whole body pero refreshing nga pag exercise.

    Baka naman yung belly fat mo mga 1 inch lang from your abs? ako kasi mga 3 inches of fat pero pag may damit hindi halata inhale lang ako dapat hahah.

Effective basta proper ab movements lang gawin mo, ab contractions usually ang inaaply na technique pati proper breathing. Actually jogging is very effective din…nakakaslim ang jogging. tama ka whole body exercise tlaga! plus its good for your heart. Cardio din kasi. Tapos diet din importante, one thing that Ive proven effective in eliminating belly fat is by avoiding heavy meals during night time( especially rice). try mo wag magrice sa gabi or after 6.     Yup try to make a baseline measurement of your waist. Do it everyday for 30 minutes. Just do it right, and you’ll see results. Naprove na namin yan ng berks ko.hehehe. You can get it by download.
