grabe, i avail IPL at Mendez San Lazaro, i was their last December at yung receptionist said to me na bumalik ako ng January 11 dahil yun ang sched ko, but not knowing na nagsara na pala ang sila, wala manlang nag advice at ang masakit pa nito i avail their other services na worth 5000 of red peeling…. then sabi ng sa information center ng SM San Lazaro, ang alam daw nila lahat ng nakakuha ng coupon is sa Mendez Robinson Manila daw inilipat… WHAT! ang layo na nga sa akin ng SM San Lazaro, lalo pang lumayo… then i called Mendez in Robinson’s Manila, for almost 1week na tumatawag ako, ring lang ng ring… i also visit the Mendez in SM Valenzuela, para mag request na kung pwede duon ko nalang ipagawa yung red peeling dahil hindi naman iyon coupon, it’s their regular prize but sad to say close narin pala…. Hi! I just had an i.v. glutathione done at the mendez sm bicutan branch and I was very disappointed. During my first session, I did not see them prepare the i.v together with the glutathione solution. They came in with a ready needle and injected god knows what… So right after that, I requested that they show me the actual preparation of the glutathione before injecting. So when I came back for my second session, they made me sit and watch (which was good) but, when they were finished with mixing the solution, they asked me to go inside the room and wait. When they came in with the ‘supposed’ needle, the solution that i saw was colorless. Unlike the one that had the gluta mix on it. I got this really strange feeling that they injected water instead of the actual solution. I had this gluta i.v done at a private derma clinic before and the doctor would show you the entire process up to the point where they inject you with the i.v. But this one is really scary since you don’t see the entire process. It’s just not safe! Btw, this is a voucher that I bought from ENSOGO. I still have 10 sessions of this and I’m not sure if I want to proceed with it. So if anyone out there bought the same glutathione i.v. package, pls let us know your feedback. I’m going to try to request ensogo to change the branch on my vouchers. I’ll see if they’re any better and safer in another branch.
I had my iv glutha at Mendez SM Bicutan. Ganung din ung process ndi nila pinapkita if panu nila prenipare ung IV. I had 3 shots per session. Naka 9 na ako pero wala din ako nkikitang kahit anung pagbbago. I will file a complaint sa DTI, so that they can explain why they are not showing the glutha preparation in front of the costumer. D ko din sure if gusto ko p ituloy since ndi nila pinapakita ung procedure.

SM MEGAMALL BRANCH sucks! Nag avail ako nung Promo ng Ensogo too. Underarm whitening and excessive sweating and Diamon peel. I also made a phone call pero ring lng ng ring. So my co worker and I just went there. I told them that I made a phone call. They said sira yung ringer ng phone. But, I don’t believe them. In addition to that, Hindi friendly yung front desk nila, Managers yun naka uniform ng red. I’ve been there several times to avail yung sessions ko, sayang 10 sessions of underarm whitening and also diamond peel. I’m not satisfied. Yung room na pina pa gamit samin to stay para sa whitening Yuck sobrang dumi. D nila pina palitan yung bed covers, ang dami pang hair and armpit. kadiri! D effective yung underarm whitening and sweating more than 5 sessions na kami, pina pahiran lng ng whitening tapos yun na yun pati sweating. NO CHANGES. >_< Yung Diamond peel ko, matagal pa yung steaming kesa sa pag tanggal ng white heads and black heads wla pa nga natatangal sa facial, grabe! sobrang tamad ng staffs. I tried other clinics but so far this is the worst one. Sobrang paspas yung trabaho. Mga staffs daldalan ng daldalan parang asa karinderya, dun pa kumakain sa loob ng clinic. We availed the IPL promo which covers the service for a year. Yung una, dun kami nagpapa-IPL sa San Lazaro branch. Tapos nag-close, kaya pinagpatuloy namin sa Robinson’s Ermita. Tapos ngayon nakita namin na closed na rin pala ang branch NA WALA MANLANG PASABI SA CLIENTS NILA KUNG SAN SILA MAGLILIPAT! Di nga namin alam other branches nila kaya tinext namin yung staff na naka-assign dun tapos Hindi naman nagrereply… Walang kwentang MENDEZ!

I wouldn’t recommend their underarm wax in Limketkai branch, Cagayan de Oro City. I don’t know what that attendant did but my underarm bled. And worst, after the wax, the result wasn’t satisfactory. I’ve been to another skin care and wellness and they’re true to their promise – it was Flawless.
I am not trying to simply give a negative feedback I am just being honest I am sure the other services offered by Mendez are good but they improve their waxing service because the result is honestly not worth 300 pesos.
